What you'll do
Interplan Coordination
Serve as internal point of contact for end-to-end interplan-related processing requirements, including but not limited to claims, service (member and provider), eligibility, and performance reporting, etc. Coordinate testing, certification, and documentation activities
Partner with claims, IT, and external carrier counterparts to support alignment
Track, mitigate and escalate risks related to interplan processing
Market Performance Monitoring
Monitor market-specific service and claims performance metrics
Identify trends or emerging issues impacting market clients
Research operations workflow problems and system irregularities
Coordinate cross-functional follow-up actions
Maintain market risk and issue log
Cross-Functional Support
Translate market needs into actionable requirements for shared services
Support system validation and readiness activities
Facilitate communication between enterprise teams and market leadership
Regulatory Support
