Funding Analyst - Bilingual - Prime

The Funding Analyst plays a crucial role in mitigating risk through the verification and validation of consumer information and documentation for auto loans. Responsibilities Reviewing the accuracy of loan documents received digitally from automotive dealer partners across the country in comparison to the loan approval and company policies by leveraging an internal workflow platform Interacting with automotive dealer partners, in writing and verbally, regarding discrepancies in document detail, calculations, loan terms and approval conditions Accurate and timely data entry of loan details to ensure successful onboarding of the client’s loan Working in a face-paced environment to achieve departmental service level goals Providing strong customer service by answering inbound calls from dealer partners who require assistance in fulfilling loan documentation requirements or general inquiries Balancing attention and prioritization between new files and follow up on outstanding files Displaying a commitment towards teamwork and collaboration Skills Strong computer and technical skills to work across multiple platforms Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Proven organizational skills with attention to detail with an ability to pick out inconsistencies Solid interpersonal and team building skills Customer service skills aimed at delighting our dealer partners Motivation and drive towards continuous learning and growth within your role and the company Dependability and self-motivation Upbeat and results-oriented team contributions Experience in an Auto Finance company is an asset Priority will be given to candidates with availability and flexibility to weekday shifts from 8:00 a. m. and 12:00 a. m.
