Manager - Life/Health & IPS Risk and Compliance

State Farm is seeking a Manager - Life/Health & IPS Risk and Compliance to join our team and help ensure our products and services meet the highest standards of regulatory and corporate compliance. The successful candidate must possess a strong understanding of the insurance industry and its related laws and regulations, as well as the ability to collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective risk management and compliance strategies.This is a highly visible, client-facing role that requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills. An ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously. The successful candidate must also demonstrate a commitment to learning, a passion for excellence, and a dedication to providing superior customer service.To be considered for this position, we require a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Risk Management, Accounting, or related field. A minimum of three years of experience in a compliance-related role within the insurance industry is preferred. An understanding of insurance laws and regulations, and experience developing and implementing risk management strategies is essential.
