City/State Virginia Beach, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview:The Manager, MyChart & Patient Experience provides strategic and operational leadership for the delivery, optimization, and ongoing support of Sentara’s Epic MyChart and Patient Experience applications. This role oversees day-to-day operations, manages a high-performing analyst team, ensures operational readiness, and drives successful testing and release cycles. The manager partners closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure digital capabilities enhance patient access, communication, and workflow efficiency across the organization.The ideal candidate brings deep Epic expertise, strong team leadership experience, and a commitment to advancing safe, reliable, and patient-centered digital experiences.
