Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a leading full-service digital agency, content studio and incubator specializing in social-first, โ€œalways-entertainingโ€ marketing. DMM works with movie studios, television networks, streaming services and consumer brands to create groundbreaking social media campaigns via fan activations, innovative content creation, results-driven paid media planning, and strategic influencer-brand partnerships. We are currently looking for a Manager, Influencer Partnerships (Temporary) to join our Partnerships team. This role will serve as a strategic lead within our Talent department, driving high-impact influencer programs that elevate our campaigns, titles, and talent. This role will primarily help manage strategic influencer SPORTS campaigns. Your Impact โ— Support the successful execution of all campaigns (ensure campaigns are on schedule, on budget, and meet/exceed client expectations) โ— Manage influencer discovery, selection, vetting, contract drafting/negotiation, final payouts. โ— Create detailed schedules with deadlines and deliverables for all phases of production, as well as creative briefs and other influencer-related documentation. โ— Work directly with influencers on the production of their content and facilitate timely client approvals โ— Monitor and report on campaign progress and performance throughout the flight, and develop post-campaign reports (wrap reports with insights/analysis, case studies). โ— Stay up-to-date on digital trends and the dynamic influencer landscape to make well-informed decisions about influencer selects and creative concepts Requirements Your Experience โ— Advanced English Level (C1+/C2) is required for this role. โ— 2+ years working in influencer or partnerships marketing within entertainment, retail/consumer brands, and/or gaming. โ— Demonstrated knowledge of existing and emerging social media platforms. โ— Creative and adept at brainstorming unique activations across every brand category, both niche and broad. โ— Expert at researching and recommending diverse, but equally relevant, influencers for a campaign. โ— Ability to draft contracts and negotiate fees and other contract terms with talent/talent managers. โ— Reliable and self-sufficient with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities. โ— Stay detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment. โ— Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. Benefits Benefits Salary: $ 31,000-37,000 MXN Monthly (based on experience) Gross (before taxes) Law Benefits. 2 days off. (rarely required to connect a couple hours on weekends) This is a Temporary role with an approx duration of 3 months , with the possibility to convert to Permanent.
