The Manager ? Inflight Crew Transformation is responsible for planning and executing Inflight's strategic roadmap for the Inflight Crew Scheduling organization. The Manager will act in a number of different capacities to ensure Inflight is well-prepared for the COSMOS transition for initiatives that involve people, processes, and technology changes. This will include oversight on individual initiatives, preparing business cases to secure funding for future investments, or ad-hoc analyses or process mapping.

Key Responsibilities:
? Oversee progress of multiple Inflight Crew Transformation projects
? Oversee change management of new tools and functionality for Crew Schedulers
? Preparation of communication materials and updating project documentation
? Conduct ad-hoc project analyses where needed
? Plan and execute project plans around hiring, training, and technology initiatives
? Coach and mentor team members to increased initiative and career success

Qualifications

What's needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):
? Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant work experience in Business, Management, Engineering, Operations or Finance
? 3-5 years Scheduling Operations experience
? 3-5 years operational management
? Experience leading multiple concurrent projects
? Demonstrated analytics expertise
? Experience creating project funding requests
? Experience with process mapping
? Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
? Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
? Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

What will help you propel from the pack (Preferred Qualifications):
? Master's degree
? MBA
? PMP certification
? Crew scheduling and supervisory experience
? 2 years project management experience

This position will be posted through April 1, 2025.

The base pay range for this role is $99,750.00 to $135,960.00.
The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
