October 20, 2025 Job Overview: We are hiring a compassionate Remote Virtual Wellness Coach to guide clients through fitness, nutrition, mental wellness, and lifestyle goals. You will support individuals through virtual sessions , personalized plans, and continuous motivation. Key Responsibilities: Conduct virtual coaching sessions via phone, Zoom, or chat Create customized wellness plans based on client needs Provide guidance on nutrition, exercise, stress reduction, and daily habits Monitor client progress and adjust strategies as needed Offer ongoing motivation, accountability, and support Maintain accurate client records and session notes Educate clients on healthy lifestyle practices Collaborate with wellness teams when necessary Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and empathy Qualifications: Required: High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and motivational skills Passion for health, wellness, and lifestyle coaching Access to a computer or smartphone with reliable internet Ability to work independently and manage schedules Preferred: Certification in wellness coaching, nutrition, fitness, or life coaching Knowledge of stress management, mindfulness, or holistic health Familiarity with digital coaching tools or virtual client platforms Experience: 1+ year of experience in coaching, health support, fitness training, counseling, or related field (preferred but not mandatory for strong candidates) About the Company: WellMind Health Services is a digital wellness organization committed to helping individuals improve their physical and mental health through personalized coaching.
