What You'll Do: Strategic Impact Without Boundaries

As a Manager, HR Business Partner at arenaflex, you'll sit at the intersection of HR and business, serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders. Your days will be filled with meaningful work that directly impacts our organization's success:


Build Deep Business Acumen: Develop comprehensive understanding of our business operations, strategic priorities, and market dynamics. You'll leverage this knowledge to build effective and productive working relationships with internal partners and clients across all levels of the organization.
Drive Proactive Business Solutions: Continuously assess business and organizational performance to recommend and implement actions through a consultative, "influence without authority" approach. You'll identify opportunities for improvement before they become issues.
Executive Coaching: Mentor leaders on HR policies, processes, and management issues including talent planning, learning and development, employee inclusion and engagement, and performance management to promote a culture of continuous growth and innovation.
Navigate Ambiguity with Confidence: Pursue multiple approaches to our work by demonstrating flexibility, agility, transparency, readiness, and global thinking. You'll thrive in fast-paced environments where change is constant.
Data-Informed Decision Making: Analyze HR data and trends with the ability to present complex information clearly and compellingly. You'll translate insights into actionable recommendations that drive business outcomes.
Strategic Workforce Planning: Partner with Talent Acquisition and Compensation teams to ensure efficient hiring and offer processes. You'll provide guidance on headcount and resource management aligned with business objectives.
Talent Development & Mobility: Apply deep understanding of individual and organizational dynamics to facilitate onboarding, talent management, internal mobility, and overall team development.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Leadership: Collaborate with DEI functional teams and employee resource groups to execute and track the success of key Inclusion initiatives that make arenaflex a place where everyone belongs.
Capability Assessment: Evaluate talent capabilities and development needs based on business strategy. Partner with Learning functional partners to create and deliver development experiences that close gaps between current and future capabilities.
Organizational Design: Lead organization design projects to streamline and implement new structures, roles, and/or processes that create speed and efficiency while supporting rapidly evolving business demands.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other HR Partners, fostering positive work relationships and contributing to projects and initiatives across different groups within arenaflex.


Required Qualifications: Your Foundation for Success

Experience & Expertise


Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, preferably within a technology organization working with software engineering or product teams
Demonstrated experience working with senior executives in an "influence without authority" role
Proven track record of performing with a "hands-on" attitude, equally skilled at thinking strategically and executing operationally
Ability to work independently and manage ambiguity—handling issues that don't always have established processes or systems, often with conflicting needs or perspectives

Education

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in Business, Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of specific educational credentials.
