Urgently Hiring: Spanish-Speaking Licensed NJ Property & Casualty Producer | Fully Remote
All One Insurance Agency, is actively hiring a Spanish-speaking, fully licensed New Jersey Property & Casualty Producer to join our expanding team. We are seeking a confident, sales-driven professional who can build relationships, close business, and grow a strong book of clients.
This is a fully remote opportunity with interviews being scheduled immediately.
Compensation:
• $18–$24 per hour (based on experience)
• Part-Time, Per Diem, or Full-Time opportunities
• Growth potential within the agency
Responsibilities:
• Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
• Quote and recommend suitable coverage plans based on clients’ needs
• Follow up consistently to drive conversions and retention
• Resolve client inquiries and concerns professionally
• Expand business reach through referrals and networking
• Comply with all insurance standards, agency policies, and NJ regulations
• Complete assigned duties and meet performance expectations

Qualifications:
• Active NJ Property & Casualty License (required)
• Fluent Spanish (required)
• Previous experience in insurance, sales, customer service, or related fields
• Strong ability to build rapport and maintain client relationships
• Excellent negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work independently in a remote environment
• Stable, reliable high-speed internet connection required
• Dedicated computer and professional workspace suitable for professional remote work required
