Manager, Global Accounts - Lead and Grow Our Enterprise Client Relationships

Job Summary
We're looking for a seasoned Manager to lead our Enterprise Account Management team, reporting to the Director of Enterprise Account Management. As a passionate leader with at least 5 years of management experience, you'll coach and guide a team of high performers to achieve quarterly goals and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Lead and coach the Enterprise Account Management (EAM) team to achieve quarterly goals and exceed expectations
Manage the customer lifecycle and ensure a seamless customer journey
Provide weekly reporting and forecasts to drive business decisions
Conduct weekly coaching sessions with team members to drive positive change and retain top performers
Establish and document ways to improve customer satisfaction, client retention, and increase revenue
Coordinate with internal teams to implement new policies and procedures
Roll out sales business rules, practices, and policies consistently across the team
Work with upper management to identify, organize, and execute training regimens for new hires and ongoing training
Manage change, course correct, and respond to business problems
Inspire, mentor, and grow members of the EAM team
Travel Requirement: 50%
Qualifications
5+ years of Account Management experience, managing large clients
5+ years of Sales Management experience
Demonstrated experience forecasting revenue
Proven track record as a thought leader and subject matter expert
Experience using Salesforce.com
Proven history of leading an AM team to overachieving quota in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
A professional with a high level of integrity that can be trusted to always represent the company in a professional manner
Detail-oriented, organized, and expert in time management
Experience selling Recruitment Advertising and/or familiarity with performance-based advertising products
Knowledge of Google Suite
