Position Summary As the Manager, FP&A, you would be the one who provides strategic leadership and oversight for financial planning and analysis functions for different Lines of Business within arenaflex Technology by coordinating budgeting and forecasting processes, providing guidance on financial strategy, and collaborating with stakeholders to align financial goals with business objectives. Ensures accurate financial reporting, drives process improvements, and contributes to strategic planning and risk assessment. Key Responsibilities: • Taking a key role in creating accurate and timely department reporting and sharing analysis with Finance Management and Business partners. • Partnering in providing budget and forecast visibility to senior leadership and collaborating with business partners to ensure accuracy. • Complete month-end activities and provide variance analysis afterwards. • Perform ad-hoc analysis Required Qualifications • 5+ years of budgeting and forecasting experience. • Proven experience with financial planning tools and accounting tools, such as SAP/S4, Anaplan or Hyperion. • Proven experience with arenaflex tools/apps, such as Excel, PowerPoint & Co-Pilot. Preferred Qualifications • Large Organization Experience. • Ability to effectively communicate – oral and written, across many levels of the organization including senior management. • Ability to partner well across large enterprises. • Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines and to manage multiple projects. Education • Bachelor’s Degree, with concentration in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field required or equivalent years of related professional work experience. • Degree in MBA is preferred. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $66,330.00 - $145,860.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a arenaflex bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
