Position: Web Developer
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $80ā$150/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: 3ā4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week
Role Responsibilities
ā¢ Design questions related to your occupation as a Web Developer for a top AI company.
ā¢ Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
ā¢ Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
ā¢ Ensure the quality and relevance of AI-generated content.
ā¢ Use your professional experience to improve AI model training and evaluation.
Qualifications
Must-Have
ā¢ 4+ years full-time work experience as a Web Developer.
ā¢ Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
ā¢ Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).
Compensation & Legal
ā¢ At-will contractor to Mercor.
ā¢ Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
ā¢ Industry-standard compensation expectations.
ā¢ Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
