The mission of the team is to define and implement global sales strategies, go-to-market plans, and streamline operations to drive revenue growth, elevate client satisfaction, and strengthen our positioning within the Ad Sales market.In this role, you will lead strategic planning, competitive intelligence, and business alignment initiatives that significantly impact Spotify's Enterprise sales performance. You'll collaborate closely with Ad Sales Leadership, Product, Marketing, and Business Operations to drive growth strategies, provide operational frameworks and improve sales readiness. This role reports to the Head of Global Enterprise Sales Strategy & Planning. You will use your strategic thinking and analytical skills to provide data-driven insights, implement critical initiatives, and build/refine operational processes within the Spotify Ads business. What You'll Do Collaborate in establishing Enterprise sales priorities and maintain alignment with organizational resources and processesDefine market strategies and business objectives to drive revenue growth and improve competitive position within the Enterprise marketMinimize sales channel conflict by establishing clear, benefit-driven paths to purchaseAnalyze market trends, customer segments, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and potential risksEstablish and maintain an operational framework for customer segmentation and corresponding resourcingSet and align seller performance benchmarks with business prioritiesSupport product and narrative rollouts by streamlining operations and ensuring the sales team is equipped with the right tools and knowledge for optimal go-to-marketLead consultative account planning initiatives to drive client engagement, growth, and sales effectivenessAct as a strategic thought partner to JAPAC Head of Sales and collaborate with cross-functional partners across Sales, Marketing, Product, Business Operations and FP&A Who You Are A minimum of 8+ years of digital media experience in a strategic and analytical capacity You have a growth mindset and are a critical thinker and creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environmentYou have excellent collaboration skills working with multiple departments and individuals to reach common solutions that service revenue growthYou are inquisitive and challenge the effectiveness of current processes and proceduresYou have strong analytical and quantitative skills; the ability to determine trends and propose solutions; and the bility to identify necessary sales process improvements and inspire changeYou are organized and can juggle working on multiple different projects at onceExperience working in Tableau CRM (or another BI tool), connecting to multiple data sources, and creating reports and dashboards. Experience with SQL preferredYou have experience working with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and the overall sales stack of tools that drive productivity Where You'll Be This role is based in Sydney, AustraliaWe offer you the flexibility to work where you work best!
