We are currently seeking a Customer Facing Supply Chain Manager and report to the Sr. Customer Facing Supply Chain Manager. Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: Form collaborative opportunities with the Customer, be the coordinator of multi-functional teams from concept to final delivery.Ensure Primo Brands is ā€œBrilliant at the Basicsā€ consistently regarding service and supplyUnderstand Customer KPI’s, agree to targets with the Customer and report regularly against these targetsDrive all other Supply Chain Customer Efficiency Initiatives e.g. EDI, VMI, Deductions, Order Smoothing, etc.Challenge the status quo to improve Customer Satisfaction and create business opportunities with the CustomerDemonstrate people leadership skills for influencing othersPartner with sales to design optimally cost-effective delivery solutions for initiatives to maximize sales opportunities

Qualifications:
