If so, we invite you to join blithequark's dynamic team as a Manager of Customer Insights Retail Media Network. **Your Impact** As a Manager of Customer Insights on blithequark's Media Networks, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer understanding through data-driven insights. You will engage directly with blithequark's clients to review their media investments, identify opportunities for optimization and growth, and develop strategic plans to achieve their business objectives. Your expertise will be sought after by internal partners and external clients alike, and you will be responsible for elevating their understanding of the blithequark customer. **What You Will Do** As a Manager of Customer Insights Retail Media Network, your key responsibilities will include: * Creating annual strategic learning plans for business(es) supported, aligning with blithequark's overall business objectives * Leading Quarterly Business Review Process with top clients, ensuring they are informed and aligned with their media investments * Serving as the subject matter expert for media performance reporting, providing insights and recommendations to internal partners and external clients * Synthesizing disparate data from multiple sources into strategic recommendations for future media investments, delivering these insights to internal leadership and external vendor-partners * Overseeing the development and codification of best practices in media performance evaluation, data visualization, standardized reporting, and insights * Telling data stories that support sales pitches, case studies, and other key deliverables * Overseeing omnichannel advertising efforts and aggregating insights to support other client-facing teams * Partnering with Product and Ad Tech teams to provide input on reporting capabilities based on client feedback * Integrating knowledge across the Customer Insights & Analytics team to bring relevant insights to blithequark's LMN Insights team and the whole of the blithequark retail media business **Required Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Econometrics, Information Sciences, or Applied Quantitative * 5 years of experience in insights and analytics, with 3-5 years in retail media or general media analytics * Experience in analytical, decision-making, and project management * Experience storytelling with data and presenting data stories in a compelling and easy-to-understand way * Experience with A/B testing * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel) * Experience working with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Sequel, or similar tools **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * A Master's Degree in a related field (e.g., Master's in Market Research, Behavioral Psychology, MBA) * Experience leading teams and demonstrating proven business impact * Experience managing global teams * Experience working in a retail environment * Familiarity with analytic/research software (e.g., SPSS, Wincross, Sawtooth, SAS, Decipher, Qualtrics, etc.) **About blithequark** blithequark is a FORTUNE 50 home improvement company serving approximately 16 million customer transactions a week in the United States.
