Position Overview
As the Manager, Compliance Analytics at arenaflex, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive compliance monitoring programs that address both pharmacy and front-end retail operations. You will lead a team of analysts and collaborate cross-functionally with business units to ensure that all activities align with regulatory requirements and internal policies. This position offers a unique blend of technical data analysis and compliance management, providing exposure to all facets of our business operations.

Key Responsibilities

Compliance Risk Assessment Leadership: Lead the preparation and execution of compliance risk assessments for business activities within your assigned area of responsibility. Identify potential compliance gaps and develop strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Monitoring Program Development: Drive the development and implementation of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and protocols, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all regulatory requirements and internal controls.
Data Analysis Execution: Plan and execute compliance monitoring data analysis as directed by the Compliance Monitoring Analysis Director, utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies to extract meaningful insights.
Results Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and report monitoring results to stakeholders, providing clear, actionable recommendations for addressing compliance issues and improving operational effectiveness.
Executive Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports of monitoring results and provide strategic reports to business leaders to support decision-making and risk mitigation efforts.
Corrective Action Planning: Design and format reports of monitoring activities, results, and related corrective action plans (CAPs), ensuring proper documentation and follow-through on remediation efforts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, operations, pharmacy, and front-end teams to ensure holistic compliance coverage across the enterprise.
Regulatory Trend Monitoring: Stay current with emerging regulatory requirements and industry best practices to proactively address compliance challenges.


Essential Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or equivalent experience.
Analytical Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience developing metrics, analyzing data, and converting it into actionable information that can be used to identify potential risk areas or trends.
Technical Proficiency: Experience working with data analytical tools and processes, including advanced Excel, database management systems, and reporting platforms.
Leadership Experience: At least 4 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management experience.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to diverse audiences.
Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications

Compliance Background: At least 4 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or auditing capacity, preferably within the retail pharmacy or healthcare industry.
Regulatory Expertise: In-depth knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements relating to retail pharmacy and/or healthcare provider industries.
Confidential Data Handling: Experience working with confidential or highly sensitive information, demonstrating discretion and strong ethical standards.
Presentation Skills: Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within the organization, from operational teams to C-suite executives.
Business Intelligence Tools: Proficiency in business intelligence software for data analysis, including but not limited to Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, and Power BI.
Advanced Data Skills: Skilled in extracting and mining data, with expertise in data acquisition, profiling, managing data warehouses, and understanding statistical concepts such as regression, data science, and machine learning.
SQL Expertise: Advanced skills in developing and solving SQL queries for large-scale database management.


Required Skills and Competencies

Data Analysis & Interpretation: Strong ability to analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
Statistical Acumen: Solid understanding of statistical concepts and their practical applications in compliance monitoring and risk assessment.
SQL Proficiency: Advanced querying skills for extracting and manipulating data from large-scale relational databases.
Business Intelligence Tools: Hands-on experience with BI platforms such as Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, or similar tools for reporting and visualization.
Risk Assessment Methodology: Knowledge of risk assessment frameworks and compliance monitoring best practices.
Regulatory Awareness: Familiarity with relevant healthcare, pharmacy, and retail regulations including HIPAA, state pharmacy boards, and FDA requirements.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to see the big picture and connect analytical findings to broader business objectives and compliance strategies.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to data analysis and reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all deliverables.

Compensation & Benefits
