If you’re ready to make your mark in the AI space, NeuraFlash is the place for you.AS A MANAGED SERVICES LEAD YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Serve customers as a Solution ArchitectProvide industry best practices and serve as a trusted client advisorLeverage Salesforce technology such as Experience Cloud, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and KnowledgeTranslate business requirements into well-architected solutionsDrive continuous improvement and innovation on long-term customer engagements focused on strategic outcomes.Drive requirement gathering and serve as the Salesforce and/or Amazon platform expertLead 3 to 4 managed services engagements concurrently supported by consultants in India and ColombiaOwn client and team onboarding activitiesPartner with customers to define and manage BacklogDefine User PersonasWrite and groom User StoriesDecompose User Stories into actionable TasksTrack consumption of budget per contractBe responsible for engagement status, risk tracking, issue tracking, and customer communication Routine and complex configuration of the Salesforce platformCoach and mentor junior technical and functional team membersFollow and understand new Salesforce product and technical capabilitiesREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Significant business process, technical consulting, or enterprise architecture experienceSolid understanding of the full Salesforce Platform and its architecture3-5+ years of hands on Salesforce platform experience solving complex use cases utilizing the breadth of the Salesforce PlatformWilling and able learner of new technologiesStrong written and oral communicationClient facing experience in the following areas: Pre-Sales Activities, Project Management/Ownership, Discovery and Design, and Delivering Solution Options to CustomersExperience writing user stories with estimation/sizing and release planningCertified Salesforce.com Admin with either Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certifications.Any additional Salesforce Certifications or accreditations are a Plus, preferably AI Specialist, Community Cloud, Field Service Lightning Consultant, CPQ Specialist.Attention towards detail – detail orientedStrong team playerGreat communication skillsKeep an open mind and must be flexible to changeWHAT DOES THE TYPICAL INTERVIEW PROCESS LOOK LIKE?Recruiter screen (phone) - 30 minutesFirst interview (video) - 45 minutes You’ll talk through your career goals and relevant work examplesSecond interview (Video) - 30 minutes You’ll discuss challenges you have overcome and the tools you used to get therePanel Interview with Real-Time Exercise (Video) - 60 minutesThe call will be split into two parts:You’ll receive a prompt and talk through potential solution options and live on the spot (no offline preparation required)You’ll get some time to interact with team members you haven’t met yetWhat’s it like to be a part of NeuraFlash?Remote In-Person: Whether you work out of our HQ in Massachusetts, one of our regional hubs, or you're one of over half of our NeuraFlash Family who work remotely, we’re focused on keeping everyone connected and unified as one team.Travel: Get ready to pack your bags and hit the road!
