Managed Services Consultant, CRM
Job Description: • Provide consulting on best practices and overall solutions based on requirements • Develop, leverage, and maintain expertise in Veeva Vault platform and CRM product • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with Veeva stakeholders and the customer • Partner with key stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions • Build, test, and deploy changes to live environments • Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to identify needs, align priorities, and set timelines • Provide overall support for post-implementation activities including ad hoc support for administrators and tier 2&3 troubleshooting • Educate customers on product and platform releases as well as industry best practices for operational success • Facilitate building a team culture that is continuously growing and collaborative • Work remotely in a non-traveling, shared dedicated capacity supporting multiple live clients Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • Direct experience configuring CRM or SaaS based applications • Software services delivery or consulting experience • Experience with Life Sciences commercial operations • Experience with Veeva software (CRM or Vault) is a plus • Excellent verbal and written communications skills, including interpersonal, email, and client-facing presentations • Ability to autonomously deliver professional services in a remote capacity supporting multiple clients • Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States (no visa sponsorship anticipated) • Customer service or consulting experience with multiple client responsibility (nice to have) • Veeva CRM experience/knowledge (nice to have) • Veeva Vault platform experience/knowledge (nice to have)Benefits: • Medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance • Flexible PTO and company paid holidays • Retirement programs • 1% charitable giving program • Work Anywhere flexible work arrangement (work from home or in the office) Apply tot his job
