Salesforce Architect || Remote || Contract
Key Responsibilities: Architecture & Solution Design • Design end-to-end solutions leveraging: • Salesforce CPQ • Revenue Cloud • Sales Cloud • Experience Cloud • Architect scalable quote-to-cash (Q2C) and lead-to-revenue solutions. • Define integration architecture with ERP, billing, tax engines, payment gateways, and third-party systems. • Ensure governance, security, data integrity, and performance optimization. Salesforce CPQ & Revenue Cloud • Lead full lifecycle implementations of CPQ and advanced pricing models. • Architect complex: • Product bundling & configuration rules • Pricing rules & discount schedules • Multi-currency & multi-entity setups • Subscription lifecycle management • Design advanced approvals and revenue recognition integrations. • Implement automated renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle workflows. Sales Cloud • Architect enterprise sales processes including: • Lead management • Opportunity management • Forecasting & territory management • Pipeline visibility & analytics • Implement automation using Flows, Apex, and Lightning Components. • Enable AI-driven insights (Einstein capabilities where applicable). Experience Cloud • Architect partner and customer portals using Experience Cloud. • Design secure sharing models and role hierarchies. • Enable self-service quoting, order tracking, and case management. • Optimize UX and performance for external users. Integration & Technical Leadership • Design API-led integration patterns (REST/SOAP/Middleware). • Work with Mulesoft or other integration platforms. • Lead DevOps strategy (CI/CD, source control, scratch org strategy). • Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices. • Provide technical mentorship to developers and admins. Required Qualifications: • 10+ years of CRM experience; • 5+ years in Salesforce architecture. • 3+ years hands-on experience with: • Salesforce CPQ • Revenue Cloud • Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, and integration frameworks. • Experience with enterprise ERP integrations (SAP/Oracle/NetSuite). • Deep understanding of quote-to-cash processes. Preferred Certifications • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) • Salesforce CPQ Specialist • Salesforce Application Architect • Salesforce System Architect • Sales Cloud Consultant • Experience Cloud Consultant Soft Skills • Strong stakeholder communication skills. • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. • Leadership and team mentoring capabilities. • Strategic mindset with hands-on technical ability. Nice to Have • Experience in subscription-based business models (SaaS). • Knowledge of Revenue Recognition standards (ASC 606 / IFRS 15). • Exposure to Marketing, SaaS, or Financial Services industries.
