MALE ONLY 1099 Full-Time RN/LPN Compact Nurse

Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a MALE only speaking RN or LPN with Compact licensure, working as a 1099 independent contractor. You must be willing to obtain a California license. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient care through telehealth, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized care plans. Responsibilities include collaborating with healthcare providers, maintaining accurate and timely documentation, educating patients and families, conducting chronic care and remote patient monitoring follow-ups, and supporting patients between provider visits. This position requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, comfortable managing a caseload, and confident conducting patient outreach and follow-up calls.

Qualifications
• Active LPN/RN license with Compact privileges and ability to obtain a California (CA) license
• Experience working remotely in a work-from-home setting
• Prior experience in Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
• Comfortable with administrative responsibilities, including building and managing your own caseload, conducting patient outreaches, and completing RPM follow-ups
• Strong skills in care coordination, patient assessment, and case management
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
• Excellent communication skills with a patient-centered approach
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong organizational and time-management skills
• Experience with telehealth platforms and healthcare technology is a plus

Pay: $34.46 - $41.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
