Head of Marketing Strategies (Remote)

Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define and execute marketing initiatives that highlight the uniqueness of our solutions. Responsibilities
• Develop and own product positioning and messaging frameworks.
• Create narratives that communicate the value of AI care.
• Build sales enablement materials and competitive positioning.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch activities and measure effectiveness.
• Design and execute multi-channel acquisition strategies.
• Implement performance marketing metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Own the member journey from onboarding to retention.
• Lead creative strategy across all marketing platforms.
• Build and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
• Translate business goals into effective marketing strategies.
Requirements
• 8-10 years of marketing experience with leadership roles.
• Proven track record in building marketing functions.
• Deep expertise in product marketing for B2B and B2C.
• Strong performance marketing background.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and direct mail campaigns.
• Expert-level copywriting skills.
• Ability to direct and evaluate creative work.
• Fluency in marketing analytics and ROI measurement.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
