Machine Learning Researcher - Scaling & PerformanceRole Regrello is seeking talented and highly motivated US-based Machine Learning Researchers to join our AI-research team. In this role, you will conduct ground-breaking research on tabular modeling with real-world impact alongside other top tier machine learning researchers and software engineers. Your primary focus will be our novel foundational deep learning model that is specifically designed for processing large, complex tabular datasets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in scaling deep learning models, computational optimization, performant GPU-kernels, and related areas. Your expertise in these areas will be crucial in scaling novel architectures that address the complex challenges faced in the manufacturing and supply chain domain. In addition to your immediate team members, you will collaborate closely with product managers, in-house supply-chain experts, and customers to design, develop, and deploy novel foundational AI algorithms that reshape how global supply chains are organized and operated. This is an individual contributor role, with the potential to take on additional responsibilities in the future. Product We are building a global operating network that finally enables supply-chain companies to collaborate within one platform. Our workflow engine empowers non-technical industry experts to model their complex manufacturing and operational processes. Our forms engine enables unprecedented data exchange between companies. Our AI engine monitors the complex goings-on across thousands of workflows, identifies inefficiencies, and drives optimization in a constantly-shifting supply chain landscape. About you • PhD in Computer Science / quantitative field and a 3.5+ GPA or 3+ years of industry or post-Masters experience scaling and deploying Deep Learning models. • Strong background in either developing performant GPU-optimized deep learning kernels, such as with CUDA, or scaling models in multi-node distributed environments. • Experienced with deep learning, such as natural language processing, reinforcement learning, computer vision, LLMs, etc. • Proficiency with Python and PyTorch, Tensorflow, or JAX. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. • A strong desire to learn, grow, and drive impact on real global problems—and to help others around you do the same. • Non-requirement: You don't need any experience with supply chain or manufacturing—we'll teach you that part!
