Machine Learning Engineer (Remote, Latam)

We are looking to expand our amazing roster with a Machine Learning Engineer that is well-versed in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and is located in Latin America, preferably in Argentina. As we are currently working with multiple companies on many different products, we have quite a few projects where someone like you could make a difference.

We are looking for:
• 4+ experience in designing and training NLP models, including advanced techniques such as Masked Language Modeling (MLM) and transformers (e.g., BERT, GPT, etc.)
• Develop and optimize intelligent virtual assistants and chatbots to deliver effective conversational experiences
• Implement deep learning solutions using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar
• Process and prepare large volumes of textual data for model training and evaluation
• Research and apply best practices in Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for model deployment
• Strong agile/scrum development experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
