Senior Analyst, Affiliate Marketing (Remote)

About the position The Affiliate Senior Analyst will report into the Senior Manager of Affiliate Marketing and play a key role in managing our Affiliate marketing programs and partnerships. They will work closely with the eComm and Marketing teams to implement programs, track performance, identify new Affiliate opportunities, and collaborate with our Affiliate agency. The candidate we are seeking is a data-driven, strategic and detail-oriented individual who will support the ongoing growth and optimization of our Affiliate program. Responsibilities • Develop, coordinate, and communicate weekly offers, promotions & messaging ensuring accuracy of all details to share with Affiliate publishers. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, eComm and Merchants on promotional strategies and initiatives. • Partner with our external Affiliate partner agency to provide guidance, support and essential resources. • Track, analyze, and interpret Affiliate performance metrics to optimize and improve program effectiveness. • Evaluate opportunities and promotions for viability, make recommendations regarding participation to management, and implement accordingly. • Maintain budget trackers. • Process and log invoices ensuring alignment to budget. Requirements • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Advertising, or Business. • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Affiliate Marketing. • Intermediate PC software skills using Excel, Word and PowerPoint. • Exceptional attention to detail. • Strong organizational skills, ability to analyze and synthesize information/data. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Nice-to-haves • Experience in Affiliate Marketing. • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
