Latitude Legal is seeking an experienced corporate/transactional attorney for a contract position based in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate must be licensed in Massachusetts and possess over 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, formation, and restructuring within a law firm setting. Additional experience in commercial real estate, leasing, financing, liquor licensing, or employment transactional matters is preferred but not mandatory.
The attorney will work directly with business clients on governance, contracts, strategic partnerships, incentives, financings, and M&A transactions. This position offers full remote flexibility.
Minimum Requirements:
• At least 5 years of corporate/transactional experience in a law firm
• Experience with M&A and/or formation and restructuring
• Preferred but not required: experience in commercial real estate, leasing, financing, liquor licensing, employment transactions
• Strong communication, organizational, and technological skills
• Excellent client interaction skills
• Licensed and in good standing in Massachusetts
• J.D. from an accredited law school
