Location: This position is remote, home office based in specifically approved states of employment. Approved States: Arizona, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Illinois, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Washington State. We are seeking an experienced M3 CloudSuite System Administrator to manage, support, and optimize our Infor M3 CloudSuite environment. This role is responsible for ensuring system reliability, performance, security, and continuous improvement of our ERP ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong technical expertise with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to collaborate across business and IT teams. Key Responsibilities Administer and support the Infor M3 CloudSuite environment, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance Manage user access, roles, and security within M3 and associated tools actively with the global Ops team to meet the needs of users & the applications team Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimizations Steward Infor releases, particularly disruptive releases, creating awareness of changes and mitigating impact. Work with Infor support and third-party vendors to resolve incidents and service requests Monitor integrations between M3 and other enterprise systems (e.g., Financial systems, order portals, EDI, WMS & related warehouse systems) Assist with M3 integration error triage & support Support data management activities including migrations, imports, and data integrity checks Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures Assist business users with troubleshooting, training, and best practices Participate in change management processes and ensure proper testing and validation Ensure compliance with security, audit, and governance requirements Knowledge, Skills, Experiences and Abilities: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience supporting Infor M3 / CloudSuite environments Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and system administration Experience with Infor OS , Mingle , and related CloudSuite components Familiarity with user security, role design, and access controls Experience with system integrations and data interfaces Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Mindset and orientation: Adoption of Cutter & Buck’s Mission and Values.
