As a Chat Specialist, you'll interact with customers across phone, email, and chat, delivering expert assistance with an emphasis on luxury service. Position Overview

We're looking for enthusiastic Jewelry Consultants and Customer Service Representatives who share our vision and passion for creating beautiful memories. If you have luxury retail or jewelry experience and a desire to help couples find their perfect piece, we want to hear from you!

Compensation

Wage: $17 - $21/hour, based on experience

We offer competitive compensation that reflects your expertise and dedication. Additionally, we provide quarterly bonus opportunities based on performance, allowing you to directly benefit from your contributions to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities

As a Luxury Jewelry Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences that reflect our white-glove service standards. Your responsibilities will include:


Multi-Channel Customer Communication: Accurately and professionally communicate with customers through various channels including phone, email, and live chat to maintain the high-touch arenaflex experience that our clients expect.
Product Expertise: Provide expert knowledge on diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry, promoting products that meet or exceed customer expectations while helping clients understand the 4Cs (cut, color, clarity, and carat) and their significance in selecting the perfect stone.
Custom Order Assistance: Assist with custom orders and offer personalized service tailored to each client's unique needs, preferences, and budget, ensuring their vision comes to life beautifully.
Problem Resolution: Identify the root cause of inquiries and proactively offer solutions that exceed customer expectations, turning potentially negative situations into positive outcomes.
Complex Challenge Handling: Handle complex customer service challenges with patience, empathy, and a solutions-oriented approach, maintaining professionalism even in difficult situations.
Sales Support: Support the sales process by understanding customer needs, presenting appropriate options, and guiding clients through the purchase journey with confidence and care.
Relationship Building: Build lasting relationships with clients by understanding their stories and preferences, creating memorable interactions that encourage repeat business and referrals.
Product Knowledge Development: Continuously expand your knowledge of our jewelry collections, new arrivals, and industry trends to provide the most up-to-date guidance to customers.
CRM Management: Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM software, documenting interactions, preferences, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless service continuity.
Quality Assurance: Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer satisfaction, response time, and sales conversion while maintaining our brand's reputation for excellence.


Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:


Education: High School Diploma or GED required
Experience: Previous experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or call centers is required
Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal, written, and listening) with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively
Multitasking Abilities: Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including proficiency in typing, data entry, and navigating CRM software
Customer Focus: Demonstrated passion for customer service and a genuine desire to help clients find their perfect piece


Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:


GIA (Gemological Institute of America) certification or willingness to pursue it—arenaflex offers education reimbursement for certification courses
Luxury goods experience or fine jewelry knowledge
Previous experience in high-end retail environments
Knowledge of diamond grading and precious metals
Familiarity with luxury brand customer service standards
Bilingual capabilities (Spanish, French, or other languages)
