Position Overview
We’re seeking a Business Development Representative to identify, reach, and schedule business owners for our 3-Day RESET consultations.
This role is remote and commission-based, perfect for self-motivated, results-driven individuals who love connecting with people and seeing their efforts directly pay off.
Responsibilities
• Research and identify small to mid-sized companies that fit our target criteria (revenue, team size, industry)
• Reach out to business owners and decision makers via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other professional channels
• Introduce the 3-Day RESET Method™, clearly explaining its value and outcomes
• Schedule consultation calls with qualified leads
• Track outreach, leads, and appointments in an organized system
• Collaborate with LUXE leadership to ensure smooth handoff to the consulting team
Who You Are
• Friendly, persuasive, and confident on calls and emails
• Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Excited by commission-based opportunities and rewarded for results
• Enjoy helping business owners improve and grow
