Traveling Chef Manager
SAGE Dining Services is seeking a Culinary Support Team Member (CST). Our ideal candidate lives preferably in or around Chicago, IL to help service SAGE venues in the Midwest, although our CST, Traveling Chef Managers, travel all around North America. The CSTs "float" at cash (retail) locations and all inclusive private boarding/day schools and private colleges. These managers fill in for vacancies, new openings and heavy volume periods. Travel is extensive. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of prior catering, food service, cash operations and food service management experience. Strong computer and organizational skills are required. We are searching for that individual who has not only the culinary prowess and knowledge but also superior customer service standards, business prowess to successfully manage retail venues and fabulous mentoring skills to aid our incredible Team Members. A culinary background is required. All CST members must be able to travel extensively to any SAGE location although we use local CSTs when available. Apply tot his job
