Monitor and enforce security protocols to ensure the safety of customers and employees within the store premises.

Conduct regular patrols and surveillance to identify and prevent potential security breaches or incidents.

Collaborate with store management and other team members to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.

Identify and report any suspicious or criminal activities to the appropriate authorities in a timely manner.

Conduct thorough investigations of any reported incidents or breaches and provide detailed reports to management.

Utilize CCTV and other security equipment to monitor and identify potential threats or risks.

Train and educate store employees on loss prevention techniques and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.

Coordinate with external security agencies and law enforcement as needed.

Maintain accurate records of all security-related incidents and provide statistical reports to management.

Conduct regular audits and review security procedures to identify areas for improvement.

Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in loss prevention to effectively implement new strategies or technologies.

Maintain a professional and approachable demeanor to build positive relationships with customers and employees.

Proactively identify and address any potential safety hazards in the store.

Respond promptly and effectively to any emergency situations or alarms.
