Consult with clients to understand their business needs and provide strategic recommendations for utilizing Red Hat's middleware solutions. Utilize a strong background in consulting to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients. Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and advancements in middleware technology to ensure the most efficient and effective solutions for clients. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of middleware solutions. Act as a subject matter expert on Red Hat's middleware technologies, providing training and support to clients and internal teams. Drive success for clients by identifying and addressing any technical challenges or issues that may arise during the implementation process. Contribute to the growth of the business by identifying and pursuing new opportunities for utilizing Red Hat's middleware solutions. Maintain a customer-focused mindset and prioritize client satisfaction throughout the consulting process.
