Looking for Google Ads & Meta Ads Specialist - Contract to Hire
We are looking to partner with a results-driven marketing agency to support us in managing and optimizing Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) campaigns. We work with multiple clients, and are looking for a reliable agency partner who can assist us on an ongoing basis across different accounts. This opportunity is strictly for agencies only — individual freelancers will not be considered. Scope of Work: - Setup and/or optimization of Google Ads campaigns - Setup and/or optimization of Meta Ads campaigns - Campaign structuring, audience targeting, and performance improvements - Conversion tracking setup/verification - Ongoing monthly optimization and reporting Budget: - $150 per month (for both platforms combined, per client) - This is an initial engagement, with strong potential to scale as we onboard more clients Requirements: - Must be an agency with a team and structured workflow - Proven experience managing Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns - Ability to handle multiple client accounts efficiently - Ability to share case studies or past performance results - Strong communication and reporting practices - Solid understanding of tracking and analytics We are looking for a long-term agency partner, so reliability, communication, and consistent performance are key.
