Job description: El Paso Gridley CUSD #11 is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the above-named position. POSITION DESCRIPTION: The responsibilities of the successful candidate will include: * Being qualified and certified as a paraprofessional. Demonstrating teamwork, cooperation, and a supportive attitude in working with district staff. Being a good communicator with various stakeholders at our school including administration, staff members, instructional aides, students and parents. Demonstrating a positive attitude, pleasant demeanor, and general agreeable nature when working with adults and students in a variety of roles. Demonstrating a willingness to take on a wide variety of tasks in assisting teachers prepare for instruction, supplementing instruction, supporting students, and other duties as assigned. Maintaining positive, professional relationships with students, parents, and all staff members. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to work well with all staff members, students and parents. Paraprofessional certificate Strong organizational and communication skills desired. Ability to present a positive and supportive attitude at all times.
