Long-Form YouTube Editor + Short-Form Repurposing (Ongoing)

Hi, we are a US based professional services company in the small business finance space. Our founder will be recording weekly long form videos and we are looking for a professional video editing partner, either an individual or a small agency, to work with us long term. The goal is to edit approximately one long form video per week for YouTube, usually 10 to 20 minutes, and to repurpose each video into short clips for platforms like YouTube Shorts, facebook, Instagram Reels, and TikTok. This is founder led, educational, trust based content. It is not influencer or trend driven. We are looking for help beyond basic editing. This includes guidance on strategy, what works, pacing, style, and consistency over time, help creating simple thumbnails, and light art direction so the content improves as the year goes on. We value clarity, credibility, and professionalism over flashy edits or viral tactics. This is an ongoing collaboration, not a one off project. Over the year, this would amount to roughly 52 long form videos, produced consistently week to week. We can produce them ahead of time before posting. We are open to starting with a trial or phased approach to make sure the collaboration is a good fit.
