Ready to dive in and make a difference? As our Logistics Coordinator, you will join to make sure the day-to-day operations of our logistics are running smoothly. You will be handling part of our logistics process in collaboration with the Logistics Manager and the other Logistics Coordinator and our 3PL partner assigned to you. Responsibilities: 1. Inventory management 2. Sku updates on database, 3pl system 3. Manual Orders 4. 3PL management 5. Logistics’ processes improvement 6.Collaboration with other teams Ideally you will have: Prior experience with bolthires Logistics is a strong plus Must have expertise with Excel/bolthires Sheets Understanding of 3PL Processes Detailed oriented - to prove you are detailed oriented, please tell us the name of the Head of Operations as the first thing in your cover letter (you will find it in the about us page of our website) Strong stakeholders management Work within EU timezone Speaks English and Spanish or Polish (ideally ) to an excellent standard Ability to prioritise Great communicator Proactive Positive Responsible Deadline Focused Reliable Calm under pressure Working within European time zone Experience in project management Always looking to improve things and suggest changes.The recruitment process will consist on at least 4 steps including a video recording your answers to some questions, a test and interviews with the team!
