INTERMODAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED *
This is a FULL TIME POSITION. Candidate must be willing to work 40/hrs/wk.
Responsibilities & Expectations:
Oversee day to day dispatch operations
Monitoring email and responding in a timely manner
Address problems and requests by transmitting information or providing solutions
Receive and dispatch orders for products or deliveries
Monitor the route and status of field units to coordinate and prioritize their schedule for the next day or upcoming week
Must be able to take and follow direction
Must be willing to be on call nights and weekend (not always, we have an on-call schedule)
Must be a team player
Must be able to make quick decisions
STONG communications skills are REQUIRED (verbal & documentation)
TEAMWORK
Multitasking
Minimum skill of 40 WPM preferred.
Directional skills is a plus
Can work well under pressure
Emotional Control
Reliable, references will be checked.
