Logistics Associate
Our esteemed client looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join their dynamic remote team. In this role, you’ll assist with logistics, documentation, and administrative tasks to help ensure the smooth operation of their business processes. Key Responsibilities Document Management & Quality Control Organize, update, and maintain product manuals, shipping labels, and order forms. Ensure documents are accurate, compliant, and meet quality standards. Support review and preparation of administrative product and shipping documents. Logistics Support Prepare shipping paperwork and coordinate with carriers (e.g., FedEx, DHL). Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant for smooth shipments. Track and follow up on deliveries to confirm timely arrival. Administrative Assistance Maintain digital records and document systems. Provide general administrative support to logistics operations. Coordinate across departments to fulfill orders and meet deadlines. Salary: $1200 / month Type of Work: Full time remote Work Schedule: Ireland time zone Requirements In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry). High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or higher is a plus Prior experience in document quality control, logistics, or a related role is highly desirable. Familiarity with managing documents and paperwork is helpful but not required. Basic proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace). Experience with logistics software, CRM systems, or document management tools is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment. Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
