Logistic Coordinator (1 Year Exp)
• *Commission Based* The dispatcher position will be working in a fast-paced environment and communication with drivers will be via telephone and team chat. This position is Friday-Monday 8:00am-5:00pm. Weekend on-call rotation. Duties and Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned. • Assign loads to drivers. • Assist customers in monitoring freight. • Coordinate delivery appointments along with contact numbers and get directions. • Ensure all drivers’ status, dates, and times are accurate. • Answer all incoming phone calls. • Communicate with manager for vehicle repairs and maintenance. • Upload required documents to associated work orders. • Communicate with manager to resolve any issues or concerns. Requirements. • Familiar with Microsoft Office. • Attention to detail is a must. • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions.
