The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring that all operations run smoothly. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Provide menu information and recommendations to guests, enhancing their experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area, including dining tables and waiting areas. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Box pastries, make a variety of cold and hot drinks Adhere to food safety standards and regulations during food handling and service. Skills Experience in the hospitality or food industry is preferred, particularly in restaurant or catering environments. Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
