Job Description

At Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC), we are seeking a Senior Staff Cybersecurity Test Exploitation to join our Cyber Test Exploitation team in Orlando, Florida.

You will be expected to leverage your technical, and interpersonal skills in a structured team framework and work in a cross-functional engineering Team environment.

Your responsibilities will included but not be limited to:
• Conducting exploitation testing to improve

integrity and security of weapon system environments at Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control
• Perform penetration testing and related activities across a wide variety of platforms and technologies using

advanced techniques and methodologies, such

as embedded hardware, electronic warfare, radio

frequency, etc.
• Utilize domain knowledge to develop systems and exploitation methods for use in cyber and adjacent-field missions
• Solve extremely challenging and complex problems related to attack vectors and mitigations
• Conduct exploitation testing to improve integrity and security of enterprise and weapon system environments
• Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems (solutions should be imaginative, thorough, and practicable, and consistent with organization objectives)

Basic Qualifications
• Must currently a DoD Secret Security Clearance or higher to be considered for this position*
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
• Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories and concepts, in the field, and a general knowledge of other related disciplines

Desired skills
• Extensive Experience developing embedded DoD National Security Systems (NSS) requiring Systems Security Engineering implementations.
• Design experience through the DoD systems development life-cycle (SDLC) developing embedded system security solutions for DoD weapon or tactical systems
• Demonstrate both tactical as well as strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
• Experience with embedded systems design
• Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Experience with embedded system vulnerability scanning and Software Assurance (SwA) activities
• Strong understanding of System Security Engineering (SSE) principals and process. (NIST SP 800-161)
• Experience in the identification, decomposition, allocation and verification of NIST SP 800-53 Security Controls on DoD systems
• Experience in supporting Security Verification testing on developed DoD Weapon Systems
• Leadership experience

Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedule Information

Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Security Clearance Information

This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
