Local Photography and Data Collection
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented freelance photographer based in St. Petersburg, FL, for a localized architectural documentation project. The goal is to capture high-quality, specific aesthetic elements of residential properties throughout various historic and modern neighborhoods in the city.
Scope of Work:
ā¢ Subject Matter: High-resolution, straight-on photography of residential entryways and front door compositions.
ā¢ Location: Various neighborhoods within St. Petersburg (specific zones will be provided).
ā¢ Volume: Approximately [Insert Number, e.g., 50ā100] unique properties per batch.
ā¢ Requirements: * Images must be shot in natural daylight (avoiding harsh midday shadows or nighttime lighting).
ā¢ Clear focus on the door, hardware, and immediate framing (porch/archway).
ā¢ Files must be labeled with the exact street address in the metadata or filename.
Deliverables:
ā¢ A folder of high-resolution JPEG or RAW files.
ā¢ A corresponding spreadsheet (CSV/Excel) listing the street address for every photo taken.
Qualifications:
ā¢ Must be local to St. Petersburg and have reliable transportation.
ā¢ Strong eye for framing, symmetry, and architectural detail.
ā¢ Ability to maintain a professional and discreet presence while working in residential areas.
ā¢ Smartphone photography is acceptable if the device has high-end capabilities, though DSLR/Mirrorless is preferred.
