- Maintain positive working relationships with coworkers and customers through effective communication.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in loan processing/underwriting preferred
- Encompass software experience preferred
- Knowledge of FHA/VA guidelines is a plus
- Excellent skills in analyzing and interpreting complex financial documents
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
