Experienced Full Stack Enrollment Analyst – Data Extraction, Analysis, and Onboarding Support for Internal and External Customers

Job Summary blithequark is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Enrollment Analyst to join our dynamic team on a 3-month contract basis. As an Enrollment Analyst at blithequark, you will play a critical role in extracting, manipulating, analyzing, and assessing enrollment data and requests to support the onboarding of internal and external customers. This administrative role requires a unique blend of technical, analytical, and interpersonal skills to oversee and implement activations, ensuring seamless integration with various stakeholders. As an integral part of our Enrollment Management team, you will utilize a combination of automation and manual analysis to make informed decisions, adhering to company policies, state laws, and regulations. Your primary objective will be to provide reporting and insights to support operational needs on a predetermined basis, including ad hoc and scheduled reports. Key Responsibilities Extract, manipulate, analyze, and assess enrollment data and requests to support the onboarding of internal and external customers. Utilize various methods, approaches, and technology to oversee and implement activations, ensuring compliance with company policies, state laws, and regulations. Provide reporting and insights to support operational needs on a predetermined basis, including ad hoc and scheduled reports. Coordinate and negotiate with customers, the business, and technology teams to identify, assess, define, document, and negotiate best practices and processes. Maintain and update system profiles, supporting various products related to onboarding, such as dealer customer ability to contact electronically with lenders and integration partner providers. Set up product/feature sets for dealers and create dealership profiles within the CAMS. Maintain and update user profiles within the CAMS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Adhere to all audit/policies and procedures, maintaining safety, security, and privacy standards throughout all areas of responsibility. Communicate effectively with internal, dealer, finance source, and owner contacts, providing exceptional customer service. Essential Qualifications Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Visio. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working in a team environment. Strong customer service skills, with a disciplined and independent work ethic. Ability to multi-task and properly organize workload according to business needs. Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on data accuracy and integrity. Abilities Prior experience in Automotive Retail Finance or other related Consumer Finance experience is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Experience with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to provide insights and recommendations.
