American Mortgage Services, Inc. is a wholesale mortgage broker offering a variety of loan programs. They are seeking a skilled Mortgage Loan Production Partner to assist mortgage loan origination officers by managing pre-approving loan files and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities Review all loan package documentation for discrepancies, omissions, and income calculation then report any discrepancies to the loan originator Handle all customer and in-house inquiries about transactions so the process is smooth and customers receive excellent service Serve as the primary contact and liaison between clients, branch manager, and assigned loan originator and conduct meetings to coordinate any follow-up items Screen and make calls, book appointments and provide administrative support as needed Assemble loan documentation as required necessary for verifications and underwriting such as loan files, loan packages, credit reports, and additional mortgage application paperwork Skills Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills Understand basic loan financing options such as conventional loans, FHA, VA, adjustable/ fixed, commercial loans, etc MS Office proficiency required; some CRM, MLS, DU, and proprietary mortgage software preferred Preferred degree in banking or finance, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required Loan Officer Experience Or Underwriting Experience Preferred Although not required, having an NMLS license or training is preferred Benefits $10-$15K bonus schedule Company Overview American Mortgage Services specializes in rehab loans such as the FHA 203K Streamline and Full and the Fannie Mae Homestyle, which allow buyers to finance the costs of rehabilitation into the mortgage.
