Senior Full-Stack Developer (Next.js / Node.js / PostgreSQL) needed for Mortgage Platform Foundation. Description Mortgage platform is a next-generation digital mortgage platform that will unify the entire mortgage journey: mortgage customers, appraisers, interpreters, inspectors, and notaries. The platform will offer digital workflows, calculation tool integration, document automation, real-time insight, and future AI-powered modules. We want to start immediately with a scalable, future-proof architecture, so we never need to migrate to another system later. Therefore, we are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Developer to build Phase 1, the foundation of the entire platform. Project Scope (Phase 1) Frontend – Next.js Marketing website (home + internal pages) Reusable UI components Responsive design Dashboard layout for customer/adviser portals Deployment on Vercel Backend – Node.js or NestJS Scalable backend API structure REST or GraphQL endpoints Authentication (JWT or Supabase Auth) Role-based access (admin, adviser, customer, partner) Secure routing & authorization Database – PostgreSQL or Supabase Schema design for users, roles, profiles, documents, workflows Migrations + initial seed data Relational structure for future modules Platform Foundation Clean and scalable folder structure Error handling & logging Integration-ready architecture (insurers, appraisers, notaries, etc.) Documentation for future development Deliverables Fully deployed Next.js marketing website Backend API architecture (Node.js or NestJS) PostgreSQL/Supabase database design and setup Working authentication system (JWT or Supabase Auth) Multi-role access control (admin, adviser, customer) Base dashboard layout with routing Scalable modular code structure Technical documentation Requirements Strong experience with: Next.js Node.js or NestJS TypeScript PostgreSQL or Supabase Authentication (JWT / RBAC / OAuth / Supabase Auth) REST or GraphQL Experience with SaaS platforms or portals Clean architectural thinking Strong communication skills Nice to Have Experience with fintech or workflow systems AI integrations (OpenAI, document processing) Vercel or AWS deployment knowledge Project Type Fixed price Phase 1 now, long-term collaboration possible.
