LMSW/LPC-A (Fully Remote in CT, Part-Time, 12 hour min, Monday-Friday)

We provide quality Psychotherapy and Medication Management with a team of skilled professionals. Our team is friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. Compensation & Benefits:
Ā Up to 62k/year for 32 hours/week
Ā Telehealth position where you can work from your home office 100% of the time

Schedule:
Ā Set your own hours throughout the week (between 8a-9p Monday-Friday); Weekend availability is not needed

Job Responsibilities:
Ā Establish a positive, trusting rapport with patients
Ā Evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health disorders
Ā Complete all progress notes no later than 48 hours after appointments
Ā Create individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and every 6 months thereafter
Ā Maintain proper licenses and follow professional guidelines
Ā Check email communication daily and respond within 24 hours
Ā Contribute to practice by accomplishing related tasks as needed
Ā Collaborate with administrative staff and management to exceed best practices and grow our organization
Requirements:
Ā Active LPC-A or LMSW licensure in Connecticut
Ā Must be willing to treat patients between the ages of 13 and 60 years old
Ā Must have a home office or workspace that ensures complete privacy and that complies with HIPAA guidelines. Must have a reliable computer and internet to conduct telehealth sessions
Ā Be able to establish boundaries with patients and enforce company policies
Ā Integrity, honesty, and strong work ethic
Ā Ability to behave in a professionally appropriate manner in and out of sessions
Ā High Quality Written and Verbal Skills
Ā Proficient with Technology and willingness to learn systems used
Ā Be eager to learn, independent, problem solver, adaptable to change and have a growth mentality
