We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Live Chat Agent. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through online chat platforms. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home or preferred location.
Responsibilities

⢠Collaborate closely with other team members to share knowledge and best practices to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
⢠Document all customer interactions and inquiries accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
Requirements
⢠Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is required.
⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
⢠Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet.
⢠Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
⢠Proficient computer skills, including the ability to navigate multiple applications and screens simultaneously.
⢠Knowledge of online chat platforms and other customer service technologies is preferred.
⢠Familiarity with our industry products and services is a plus.
