Our culture is collaborative, curious, and full of laughter because great ideas grow best between coffee, code, and a few epic high-fives.Role OverviewThe Live Ops Lead will take part in our day-to-day casino operations, creating and executing engaging promotions, tournaments, and special events that drive player retention, engagement, and monetization across our platform.Core ResponsibilitiesEvents & Promotion ManagementDesign, plan, and execute a calendar of tournaments, challenges, and special eventsCreate compelling in-game promotions that drive engagement and monetizationCoordinate themed events aligned with holidays, game launches, and marketing campaignsAnalyze event performance and iterate on strategies to improve outcomesLive Operations ExecutionManage the implementation and scheduling of live operations activitiesEnsure flawless execution of promotions, bonus events, and special featuresTroubleshoot operational issues in real-time to minimize player impactCoordinate with Platform team for technical implementation of special eventsPlayer Engagement StrategyDevelop strategies to increase daily active users and session lengthCreate and optimize engagement loops through well-timed events and rewardsWork with the retention team to implement targeted player reactivation campaignsDesign loyalty-building initiatives that encourage regular platform visitsRevenue OptimizationBalance player experience with monetization opportunities in promotional designCollaborate with Commercial Insights to optimize promotion parameters for ROIIdentify opportunities to enhance conversion through strategic event timing and rewardsAnalyze player behaviors during events to refine future monetization strategiesCross-Functional CoordinationCollaborate with Marketing on promotional messaging and communicationWork with the Casino & Content Manager to align events with game launchesPartner with Product and Engineering to implement new event featuresSupport VIP team with special events for high-value playersTools & Systems ManagementManage back-office tools for promotion scheduling and configurationDocument processes and create templates for repeatable event typesDevelop performance tracking systems for live operations activitiesTrain team members on operational tools and best practicesQualificationsRequired3+ years of experience in live operations for games or digital productsStrong project management skills with attention to detailExperience designing and implementing player engagement initiativesAnalytical mindset with ability to optimize based on performance dataBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldPreferredExperience specifically in social casino or gambling-adjacent industriesKnowledge of player psychology and engagement driversBackground in digital marketing or retention campaignsUnderstanding of virtual economies and player incentivesExperience with A/B testing and performance optimizationDiversity Commitment: We are focused on building a diverse and inclusive team.
