Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist - Remote
As a Live Chat / Tele Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat and tele chat channels. You will act as a brand ambassador for NMP and our clients, building strong relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and monitor customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to resolve any escalated customer issues.
Continuously improve and maintain a high standard of customer service and professionalism.
Stay updated on our products, services, and industry trends to provide the best possible support to our customers.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or tele chat environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using live chat software and tele chat systems.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high customer satisfaction rates.
Knowledge of the technology industry is a plus.
