The Role: Customer Experience Concierge at blithequark's Centurion Lounge, Denver We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Concierge to deliver superior service to our Card Members visiting the blithequark Centurion Lounge at Denver Airport. As the face of blithequark, you'll act as an ambassador of our brand, working cohesively with your team to excite our customers and fulfill our brand promise. A successful Customer Experience Concierge will have a passion for delivering extraordinary service in a customer-facing environment. You'll provide travel, card, concierge, and lifestyle services to blithequark Card Members, acting as a consultant to tailor our products and services to their immediate needs and deepen their relationship with blithequark. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and provide access to Card Members upon arrival at reception. Take ownership of the customer's experience from start to finish, ensuring a seamless and exceptional service. Create innovative solutions to resolve customer issues or concerns, fostering brand loyalty and turning customers into loyal enthusiasts. Employ the Customer First philosophy to meet customers' needs and expectations. Offer concierge and lifestyle recommendations, as well as travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance. Partner with our food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate the needs of our Card Members. Essential Qualifications: Minimum of 1-year recent experience in servicing premium customers. Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience. A passion for delivering proactive solutions to customers. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to delight customers with every interaction. The ability to listen to customers' needs and offer confident recommendations, resulting in high customer satisfaction. Professionalism and a positive attitude in all interactions. The ability to collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment. Decision-making skills to handle unanticipated situations effectively, prioritizing the Card Member's experience. Resourcefulness and the ability to use the internet effectively in a face-to-face customer environment. Adaptability to an ever-changing environment and resilience. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a similar customer-facing role. Familiarity with multiple technology platforms. Ability to lift lightly to moderately as required by certain job tasks. The actual pay will be determined based on your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
